Goal: Leadership of MSDyn365FO and MSDyn365CE implementation project to achieve on-time and in-budget the functional scope, as well as other systems integration and infrastructures installation.

Means: Planning, scope, risks and budget monitoring and control, validation of deliverables quality, resources organization and change management, using SureStep/PMP methodology and Lifecycle Services framework.

  • Develop the initial Master Project Plan track progress and perform required on-going adjustments.
  • Develop the project Work Breakdown Structure with phases (Diagnosis, Analysis, Design, Development, Deployment and Operation) that applies per type of project.
  • Monitor, control and take corrective actions on project scope, schedule and budget based on formal measurements of progress, issues, change requests and deadlines compliance.
  • Perform risks analysis, propose corrective actions and monitor decision implementation.
  • Assures that the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Partner delivers a solution that suitably matches the objectives, requirements and expectations of our customer.
  • Coordinate all involved suppliers, negotiate prices and control their planning, proposed architecture and deliverables quality. 
  • Report project situation to the Steering Committee and keep informed all stakeholders.
  • Organize and supervise MSDyn365FO and MSDyn365CE configuration, customization, training, tests, data migration, go-live and initial support.
